I Packed Santa’s Bag
This game can really test your memory. The more people who are playing, the more challenging it gets for those further down the line.
Have everyone sit in a circle and select one person to start the game. This person says, “I packed Santa’s bag and in it I put …”, ending the sentence with some item, such as “a doll.”
The next person continues with, “I packed Santa’s bag and in it I put a doll and …” Again, ending the sentence with a new item, such as “chocolate Santas.”
Continue around the circle, with each new person listing the items that came before and adding a new one.
The game ends when someone misses an item.
You can have everyone monitor this, or have someone sit outside the circle jotting down each item as its added and monitoring the game.
Santa Beard Relay
What will probably make this game a challenge is that people will be laughing so hard, they won’t be able to get their beards on right!
What You’ll Need:
- Big bowl of cotton balls (one bowl for each team)
- Vaseline
Divide everyone up into teams of 5 people each.
Put some Vaseline on the chins of each member of each team.
The first players in line run to the bowl of cotton balls and sticks their chin in trying to get as many to stick to the Vaseline as possible. They run to the back of their line, so the next player can have a turn.
The first team to have a beard on each member of the team wins.
Be sure to take lots of pictures of everyone wearing their Santa beards!
Have plenty of towels and water to get the Vaseline off. Some witch hazel or rubbing alcohol also helps.

Give Me a Kiss
What You Need:
Divide your group into two teams.
Each team lines up at one side of the room and has a pair of mittens/gloves. At the other end of the room are the two bowls of Hershey’s Kisses … one bowl per team.
When the game begins, the first person in line puts on the mittens and runs to the bowl of kisses. Once there, he or she has to unwrap a Kiss while wearing the mittens and pop it into his/her mouth.
She/he runs back, tags the next person in line and exchanges the mittens. Now the next person runs forward to get a chocolate kiss.
The winning team is the first one in which all members have enjoyed a kiss!
